A somatic breathwork session to soften, release, and return to yourself.
In the fast pace of modern life, it’s easy to feel disconnected — from our bodies, our breath, and even our deeper selves. Tension accumulates quietly: in the jaw, chest, belly, shoulders… until our bodies begin to speak louder through fatigue, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
This session is an invitation to gently pause.
To listen.
To exhale.

In this 90-minute class, you’ll be guided through a trauma-informed breathwork journey that works with the body’s natural rhythms and the deeper layers of held stress and emotional tension. Inspired by the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System, this work supports the release of tension across the body’s seven primary “belts” — or zones where we unconsciously hold and suppress energy.
Through breath, movement, sound, and gentle somatic awareness, we begin to unlock these areas, restoring a felt sense of flow, vitality, and inner balance.
Through this session, you may experience:
- A sense of emotional and physical release
- Greater clarity and calm
- Reconnection with your inner self
- A deep feeling of rest, reset, and renewal
Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to the practice, you are welcome here — exactly as you are.
