I AM A SENSITIVE SOUL

ON A POWERFUL JOURNEY

My journey wasn't easy but it taught me that heartbreaks, confusion, chronic illness and different body symptoms are not evidence that something is wrong with us but they are gentle reminders of what is longing to be met within us. They can simply be invitations to explore and discover new pathways connecting us with parts of our wholeness that we were missing or marginalising.

What if all the dark, fearful, shameful aspects that we hide away from the world, can become the very soil for our own transformation? What if we could use our anger, shame, pain or anxiety as an alchemical doorway into deeper dimensions of our being? What if these emotions are here to guide us ? What if they are here to show us the way?

I’m a woman, a mother, and someone who knows what it’s like to keep going for a long time—holding things together on the outside, while something inside feels tired or overwhelmed. There was a point where what had always worked for me… no longer did. Pushing through, staying strong, managing everything—it started to feel unsustainable. That’s what led me to explore the nervous system and the quieter layers of what was happening underneath. I began to notice how different parts of me were pulling in different directions—one that kept going, and another that needed something very different.
Over time, I found a gentler way of being with myself. Less pressure, less forcing, more listening. That experience shapes how I work now.
I create gentle, slow spaces for women who are used to holding a lot—to slow down, notice what’s really going on inside, and begin to relate to themselves with more ease.

This is what I call The Slow Return—a way of coming back to yourself, at your own pace.

When I am not working I love adventure and exploring new places. I like good coffee and deep meaningful conversations especially by a fire. I practice yoga and mindfulness, read extensively, love music, hugely enjoy art and interior design.

I feel very comfortable in nature and love open water swimming including being a regular swimmer at Hampstead Lady's Pond in London but I am also looking for my second favourite place for swimming in Somerset where I spend more time these days.

I AM HERE TO NURTURE WOMEN'S HEALTH AND RESILIENCE.

When women learn to truly honour themselves and support one another in healing and growth, the world as we know it will be transformed.

As co-creators of life, our influence shapes the future generations.

We teach our children not only through words, but by example. When we heal, embrace joy and live fulfilled lives, that happiness ripples through our families. Similarly, when we face struggles, those challenges impact everyone around us.

It’s when we come together, we uplift not only ourselves and each other but also our families, communities, and even the planet. When women rise and thrive, everyone benefits from it.

This is my journey, but now

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU

Everything I offer is a reflection of my own personal and professional journey of self discovery and healing from Complex PTSD, sexual, and birth trauma, major life initiations and learning to navigate life in a cyclical female body.

I have trained as a Mind-Body Therapy Practitioner, Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Menopausal Doula, Womb Healing Practitioner, Reflexologist, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Integrative Somatic Parts Work (IFS) practitioner.

I am deeply fascinated by the wisdom and complexity of the human body, with a special interest in neurodiversity (very recently discovered that I have ADHD), nervous system regulation and trauma recovery.

I am constantly growing and expanding and I guess I always will be. That is my nature.

I love exploring different approaches to healing and expanding my horizons.
